Weeks 2 and 3. Print out a calendar November and December. Write in when you exercise and plan some additional training sessions. You will do some circuit training in every PE, Games and PSHE lessons. Write each lesson up using the diary pages downloaded above. It will not take you long. Can you put in some other sessions at home to improve muscular strength and endurance in the 6 key exercises. 1. Press ups 2 Star jumps 3. Sit ups 4. Squat thrusts 5. Sit ups with lateral twists 6. Burpees. Remember. S (specific) P (rogressive) O (verload), R est and R ecovery, I ndividual N eeds, and Reversibility. |
