WEEK B.

Monday SB in charge. Tuesday DH. Thursday AB. Friday RF. House Cross Country for Years 7, 9, 10 and 11 this week. SB hospital appointment Monday 3.00pm. Water jump very doubtful.

Monday 6th February. Year 11 staff. SB, PD, RF, DH, CL, TW. House Cross Country. DH on 1st coach with A runners. SB to drive and help set up. PD and RF on empty minibuses. 1.15pm. TW on 2nd coach with B runners. CL in Fitness suite with boys unable to run the course due to injury. Could they be assessed for continuous training.

Tuesday 7th February. am Year 7. Staff. TW, SB. House Cross Country. Lesson 5. SB to drive straight up in morning with Mrs Bangs' (junior and senior). TW on 1st coach with A runners, and back for 2nd coach with B runners. I'll go back on the first coach back and then drive back at 11.00.

Tuesday 7th February. pm Year 8. Staff. SB, AB, RF, DH, RST, TW. Challenge day. No games. Year 11 and 7 results entered.

Wednesday 8th February. Year 13. Staff. SB, AB, RF, DH, CL, TW. 3 football matches v Christs Hospital. Leave at 1.00pm sharp. Weather obviously a problem.

Thursday 9th February. am. Year 7. Staff. TW, SB. An additional cross country session to be planned. Some boys to be filmed for the Year 11 Analysis of Performance test doing Cooper run.

Thursday 9th February. Year 10. Staff. TW, SS, SK, DH, AB, SB,   SB to drive Mrs Bangs senior to field. AB and DH on 1st coach at 1.15pm with A runners. TW and SK minibuses. SS on 2nd coach at 1.45pm with Green and Red. Minibuses go up empty for the return journeys. Revise running technique.

Friday 10th February. Year 9. Staff. AB, PD, RF, DH, CL, TW.  TW to pick up Mrs Bangs senior and take to field. AB and RF on 1st coach with A runners.  PD and CL on minibuses (empty on outward run), DH on 2nd coach with B runners

Stuart. Set board up each day with changing room info.

Blue 1-24 in Room 1. Brown 1-24 in Room 2. Green 1-24 in Room 5. Red 1-24 in Room 6. 25-30 from all 4 classes in Room 3.
Monday. pm Year 11 House Cross Country. Get all paperwork ready. Finishing funnel. Minimal on course markings. Could you be on parental tea duty for this one. Only a couple of parents ever turn up for this age group.

Tuesday.am. I will be up quite early to help. Mark out and tape full course for Year 7's.

Tuesday.pm. School for Hasan. Challenge day for Year 8.
Wednesday pm. 3 away matches v Christs Hospital depending on weather.

Thursday am. Need some relay batons from shed. We will need a 200m track set up somewhere around rugby pitch for some filming work.
Thursday.pm. Senior course with cones. Full paperwork.

Friday. pm. Senior course with cones. Full paperwork.

Saturday. 5 fixtures against Glyn.

Monday . pm. House Cross Country. Water jump could be a problem. Don't worry if it can't be filled.

Information for Del/ Joan. WEEK B. Double runs for most outward journeys (and a mega drive on Tuesday morning)and Cross Country club after School on Thursday.

Monday. 1.15pm, 1.45pm. Back at 3.35pm.

Tuesday. 8.40 to field, back 9.10 collect, back at 10.15, and at 10.45 to school. 4 runs in total. Nothing in the afternoon however as it is Year 8 challenge day.

Wednesday. Horsham. Leave at 1.00pm. (weather permitting)

Thursday. 8.40 to field- back 11.00pm. 1.15pm, 1.45pm to field. Back 3.35. 3.40 to Northey, back at 5.00pm

Friday. 1.15pm, 1.45pm to field. Back 3.35
